Service is paramount at M2M Connectivity. The support department is staffed by employees with years of IoT expertise. The standard Service Level Agreement is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year standby service from M2M Connectivity where you are given the opportunity to pass on your question, support or malfunction via 085-0609497. 

Our support engineer will deal with your question or report immediately. We do not have a paid Service Level Agreement with charges or that you pay more per SIM card per month, as well as a ticket system, an employee on the line immediately or if we are busy by phone we will call you back immediately and often within 10 minutes. Get a quote from us, you will immediately receive a very competitive price! You return the quotation using your name, signature and date as approval.

Delivery of SIM cards and portal

Once we have received the signed quote back, we will send you the SIM card(s). And prepare the portal for you so that you are in control of your consumed data. You can activate, pause or deactivate the sim cards. You also have a view of the consumption per sim card.

Online!
